We provide the following services to accomplish this task:
Gather current contract data from individual locations applying to all locations, to the extent possible
Write maintenance and terms specifications
Create a request for proposal for qualified national companies
Assemble bid results and write recommendation report to the owner/manager
Manage transitions from one vendor to another
Provide on-going support
Monitoring the transition schedule and assist with smooth changeovers
Review invoices which are usually callbacks and repairs and outside the scope of the maintenance agreement
Providing expert advice to individual building management personnel on issues involving vertical transportation equipment
Providing follow-up inspections to ensure maintenance company is working in accordance with contract specifications.
